Our farmhouse accommodation combines comfort and beauty We have restored an 19th century farmhouse, Belvedere Nuovo, successfully preserving its simple lines and stark elegance.
The furnishings and fixtures have all been carefully restored to maintain their original appearance, and are representative of the rural style typical of this area.
La Pernice
La Pernice is a splendid stone farmhouse from the early 1800s, on two floors. On the ground floor, a large living room, dining room, large kitchen and a large bathroom with shower. On the first floor, a cosy living room with fireplace, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
In the large garden, a beautiful private swimming pool, a relax area with sofas under the pergola, wood-burning oven and barbecue. It is in a privileged position, dominates the Val di Chiana and enjoys a beautiful panorama that goes from Lake Trasimeno to Monteleone d'Orvieto.
Belvedere Nuovo
On the ground floor of a prestigious house ‘800 we have an apartment of 180 mq. It proceeds from old stables, keeping the characteristic vaulted ceilings.
The apartment have a large living room, that is divided into fireplace area , TV area and dining-area, kitchen room, two rooms with two bathrooms. The apartment is renovated with the respect of local tradition and we tried to use as much as possible the ancient woods, recovering also tools and objects of peasant tradition.
Outside the apartment has a magnificent view over the valley of Mount Cetona and in the large yard we have a dining area, under a wrought iron gazebo.
